Orders
have to be placed at least 2/3 working days before delivery date.
Orders
for the quantities specified, or their multiples, will be accepted
and processed. We
accept late
orders for 'emergency' cases and try our utmost to deliver
them within the scheduled time. Please
furnish complete address of the recipient while placing the order.
Include a landmark to identify the address, where possible. Incorrect
addresses may lead to non-delivery/mis-delivery, for which Woolana
is not to be held liable or responsible. All
deliveries will be acknowledged by the addressee at the time of
delivery. The
bona fides of the person receiving the goods at the time of
delivery will be verified to the best of our abilities. Woolana
shall not be held responsible for any loss/damage of the goods and
no refund shall be made for the same in any case. An
email message will be sent to the client on confirmation of the
order as well as after the delivery has been made. Delivery
shall be made on the appointed day. Should the day be a national
holiday, we will deliver the gift either a day before or a day
after the defined date, as the case may be. All
deliveries will be made in the course of the day. No goods will be
delivered very early or late in the day. Woolana
will always try to meet the date and time of delivery as requested
by the user in the order form. However, any delay/early delivery
for whatever reason shall not entitle the user to any damages or
compensation from
Woolana.
Delivery
will be made only at the address specified in the order form. In
case there is nobody available at the specified address to accept
delivery, a note will be left at the door for the recipient with a
contact phone number. Woolana
will not be held liable for the spoiling of any perishable items
in case of such circumstances. Woolana
will once again try to deliver the goods the following day. Should
there still be nobody available to accept the gift, proof of
absence will be validated by a neighbour for our records and the
order treated as complete. If
there are any changes in the order, notify Woolana
as soon as possible. Woolana
will make all efforts to make the changes but will not be held
responsible if any advised changes are not incorporated.
No
changes will be made if the order has been processed. Any
changes in the order must be in the same category and of the same
value as the original order. Goods
can be
returned within 30 days of purchase for full money refund
